Cooking Method
- The Smash Roughly break the hot fried samosas into a shallow bowl.
- The Blanket Pour the warm chickpea curry over the samosas until they are half-submerged.
- The Swirl Drizzle heavily with the yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney.
- The Finish Top with a massive hit of pomegranate, red onion, and crunchy sev.
- The Serve Eat immediately while the samosas are still half-crunchy.
